Q. How long will my order take to arrive, Australia?
A. Regular post will take approximately 2-7 business days to arrive, express post is 1-3 business days, as with any postage service there can be unexpected delays so please take this into account. If you are local, free pick up is available, you can choose this option from the postage selection at checkout. Couriers please, Sendle and Australia Post are our choice of postal company.

Q. Why have postage fees increased?
A. Unfortunately postage costs have risen over the years and as a small hobby business we cannot absorb the increase in postage costs, so unfortunately prices of both regular and express post services have changed. Our pick up option will always remain free.

Q. My order hasn't arrived
A. If you order hasn't arrived please contact us. All orders are shipped with insurance for peace of mind for when things go wrong.

Crochet Questions

Q. Are the toys strong?
A. All crochet products do have different levels of durability however they can stretch or become disformed if played with roughly such as pulling or tugging. Supervised play is always recommended with children or pets.

Q. Can I wash the crochet item ive bought?
A. Yes you can. For regular washing please use a delicates bag within your wash on a delicates or hand wash cycle, cold water only, gentle spin cycle and hand dry only (no dryer). For spot stains use a bucket of napisand in cold water, do not leave the crochet item soaking for a long tim, check every 1-5 minutes remove and wash as above. You will receive a care card in your order, explaining how to look after the item.

Q. A thread has come loose
A. From use crochet items may produce loose threads, do not cut them off use an eye of a large needle to poke back or weave into place. These instructions and plastic yarn needed are included in orders and with market stall sales.

Q. Are the eyes safe?
A. All toys use safety eyes and noses that meet the Australia standard for toy safety. They do take an incredible amount of force to come off but as with any toy there is alway a risk that it could break or come loose and become a choking hazard. So please supervise any young children who play or are around toys with safety eyes/noses as well as other crochet products that contains buttons, keychain rings and other small items.

Q. My toy/product is damaged, what happens?
A. All toys are checked for damage before being sent, if you receive a toy/product that is damaged please contact me as soon as possible with a photo of the damaged toy/product and a brief description of how the damage occurred.
You will receive a pre paid postage label in order to send the product back. Upon receiving the toy/product a refund or replacement will be offered for you to choose from.

Q. I ordered the wrong toy can I change my mind?
A. If your order hasnt been posted or postage label created, then yes you can request a change. Contact ASAP if you have made a mistake with your order as order sometimes are packed in as little as 15minutes after receiving it.
